On Thursday, May 14, the Culinary Arts students will present their culminating final menu project resulting in their own Chef Dinner.  Each student practices their menu items of choice and the voting begins.

Week 1

The Introductions and Team Building begin...Interesting facts and favorite foods, what will they be?

Four people love pizza, 1 prefers steak and 2 are into ice cream.  Pasta was a favorite, too.

We reviewed the class calendar and learned about all the catering events coming our way, as well as our auction and numerous chef dinners.
